Are There Semmelweis Past Papers?
In short. Semmelweis does not publish past papers. It offers an official sample test, 10 questions in 10 minutes, and two official topic lists. Files sold online as the "2026 exam paper" are not official papers. Practise with the official sample, learn every listed topic, then do timed sets of 20 questions in 20 minutes.

Are there Semmelweis past papers?
No. Semmelweis does not publish its past exam papers, with or without answers. It publishes an official sample test and two official topic lists.
The real questions may not even be the same for everyone on one day. Two applicants who sat on the same day in 2026 compared notes on Reddit. They had different diagram questions.
So there is no official paper to buy or download. There are the official materials, and there are questions that applicants remember.
What Semmelweis does publish
An official sample test. The log-in details are on the university's entrance exam page, under "Sample tests". Its sample course says:
- The sample has 10 questions, and you have 10 minutes.
- You answer them in a fixed order. Once you move on, you cannot go back to a question, answered or not.
- Each question has one correct answer. A wrong answer loses part of a point.
- It opens only in Safe Exam Browser, the locked browser used in the real exam.
It is an online test, not a PDF. The university recommends it for practising with Safe Exam Browser.

The sample shows you the format. It does not show you the real questions, or how hard they are. More on the sample: the Semmelweis sample test.
Past papers PDF with answers: what those files are
Search for Semmelweis past papers, or old question papers, and you find three kinds of material. None of them is an official paper.
1. Paid "2026 exam paper" files. Document-sharing sites sell files titled as the complete 2026 Semmelweis exam paper, with questions and solutions. We looked at one in October 2026. It had been on sale since 30 October 2025. Applications for 2026 only opened on 12 January 2026. So the file is older than every 2026 exam. Its preview showed flashcard-style questions with written answers. The official sample uses questions with one correct answer.
2. "Past paper" videos on YouTube. These are questions that applicants remember. In 2026, applicants on Reddit disagreed about them. One said the real test was much harder than the videos. Another said a few questions came up again.
3. Private sellers. In 2025, an applicant on Reddit wrote that someone they knew was selling "4 different exam papers and some oral questions".
Why not to rely on them:
- Nobody can check them. There are no official papers or answers to compare them with.
- They can train the wrong skill. Flashcards with written answers are not 20 questions in 20 minutes with no going back.
- The real questions vary. Applicants on the same day in 2026 got different diagram questions.
What to practise with instead
- The official sample test. Do it before exam day, in Safe Exam Browser. It teaches you the browser and the no-going-back rule. Find it on the entrance exam page.

Are there Debrecen past papers?
